Ailene Baggett

Ailene M. Baggett, 85, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Memorial Hospital. The graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Tim Harrell officiating. Mrs. Baggett was born August 9, 1929 in Cairo, GA, the daughter of Rainey Tilley and Ella Maloy Tilley. She was a graduate of Cairo High School and was a dedicated homemaker raising her family. Ailene was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and loved her family and her dog, Chesterbug. Survivors include her children, Charlotte B. Brown and her husband, Gary, of Bainbridge, GA and Steve Baggett and his wife, Martha, of Lake Blackshear, GA; her grandchildren, Misty Brown of Thomasville, GA and Tonja B. Womack of Frisco, TX; and 3 great-grandchildren, Jansen, Jaden, and Kade. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Baggett; her children, Kenneth Baggett and Greg Baggett; and her sister, Dorothy Hinson.
