Alice Bush

Alice Bush, 75, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at South Georgia Medical Center. The graveside funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2013 at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Ron Kirkland officiating. Mrs. Bush was born January 2, 1938 in Griffin, GA, the daughter of John Thomas Knowles and Ethel Mae Saunders Knowles. She was dedicated homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her children, Deborah McConnell and her husband, Eugene, of Bainbridge, GA, Tony Bush and his wife, Nora, of Thomasville, GA, Harriet Register of Hahira, GA, and Robert Bush of Hahira, GA; her six grandchildren; and her nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Frances Remer, Doris Allison, John Thomas Knowles, Jr., Opal Westbrooke, Robert Knowles, and Annie Kirkpatrick; and her grandchildren, Amy Bush and Anthony Bush.
