Amos Frazier, 76, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Memorial Hospital. The memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Mr. Frazier was born July 28, 1934 in Oscaloosa, KY, the son of Delbert Frazier and Mary Banks Frazier. He was a graduate of Whitesburg (KY) High School, Class of 1954 and served in the U. S. Air Force. He was a truck driver for Branch Motor Express and a member of Faceville Masonic Lodge No. 487. He loved fishing, playing music, and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Leta C. Frazier of Bainbridge, GA; his two daughters, Donna Harber and her husband Cliff of Coshocton, OH and Cassie Weatherhead and her husband Tom of Orient, OH; his sisters, Bernice Corwin of Delaware, OH and Linda Williams of Delaware, OH; his six grandchildren, Heidi, Jarrod, Amos, Nicole, Holly, and Tommy; and his eight great-grandchildren, Whitley, Garrett, Aiden, Blain, Ariel, Tyler, Brooke, and Lydia. Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by his brother, Aaron Frazier; and his sisters, Jeanette Cornett and Vessie Sanders.
