Arthenia Calhoun

Celebration of Life Arthenia B. Calhoun July 29, 1949 - November 19, 2022 Arthenia Bennett Calhoun was born July 29, 1949 in Lowndes County, Alabama to the late Willie Lee Bennett Sr. and Ida Spivey Bennett. She was the third of five children born to this union. She is preceded in death by her parents; older brother, Willie Bennett Jr.; and her eldest sister, Rosetta Bennett Davy. Memorial celebration will be Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Covenant Church International at 11:00 a.m., 5407 Old Springville Road, Pinson, Alabama 35126, with Apostle P. Ronald Wilder officiating. Arthenia will be lovingly remembered by her loving daughter, Ayana Joy Stinson (Sherman); her much beloved grandson, Tristan Devon Jointer; brother, Reggie B. Bennett; sister, Merita R. Bennett; seven nieces; two nephews; many great nieces and great nephews; and many cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
