Audrey Culver

Audrey Pearl Culver, age 87, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019. Services for Mrs. Culver will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox Funeral Home. Bishop Kelly Anderson will officiate. The service will conclude in the chapel. Mrs., Culver will be interred in Spring Creek Baptist Church Cemetery beside her late husband, Julius Ridgeway Culver. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, beginning at 10:00. Audrey Pearl Rushman was born April 18, 1932 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Her parents, Frances Rushman and Leona Elizabeth Weinbauer Rushman, have preceded her in death. She married Julius Ridgeway Culver and became a dedicated housewife. She enjoyed being at home with her family. Mrs. Culver was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. Audrey loved to crochet and tried to teach her granddaughters the skill. She cared for all animals but especially dogs. Audrey Culver will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Culver is survived by her children, Kenneth Wayne Culver and wife, Marilyn of Whigham, Georgia and Juanita Lynn Alford and husband, Richard of Moultrie, Georgia; 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
