Mr. Barry Phillips, age 75, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Bainbridge Health and Rehab, Bainbridge, Georgia.
No formal service will be held. Mr. Phillips will be interred in the Tallahassee National Cemetery.
Barry Philips was born April 29, 1950, to James Joseph Phillips and Shirley Mae Bennett Phillips, in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. He proudly served in the United States Navy, where he trained as a nuclear electrician. Barry retired from the same industry, working for the government.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his sister, Karen Fenoglietto and brother, R. J. Phillips.
