Betty Sue Holley Moore, 64, of Climax, GA, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Archbold Hospital. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 10, 2008 at Beulah Thomas Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Poppell officiating. Interment will follow at Beulah Thomas Baptist Church Cemetery with Bobby Holley, Ricky Holley, Roger Weathersby, Tommy Nichols, Bill Lewis and Ken Davidson serving as active pallbearers. Betty was born June 27, 1944 in Shellman, GA, the daughter of Niles Leon Holley and Mary Frances Daniels Holley. She was a secretary for Poppell Storage Tanks and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her sister Frances Morris. Survivors include her husband, Donnie Moore of Climax, GA; her son, Travis Williams, Jr. and his wife Louann of Ruby, SC; her daughters, Sonya Dollar and her husband Danny of Climax, GA and Vicki McLendon and her husband Dale of Bainbridge, GA; three brothers, Joel Holley of Shellman, GA, Frank Holley of Carswell, ID and Robert Holley of Shellman, GA; five sisters, Mary Clyde Harris of Leesburg, GA, Sally Nichols of Shellman, GA, Christine Turner of Shellman, GA, Deborah Peavy of Shellman, GA and Penny Merritt of Shellman, GA; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
