Mr. Bill Stephens, 69, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at his residence. The memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 15, 2008 at Harvest Assembly of God Church in Chattahoochee, FL with Rev. Charles Stephens officiating. He served in the United States Navy and was a Sales Manager for the Ice Cream business. He was a deacon of Harvest Assembly of God in Chattahoochee, FL and a member of Woodman of The World. Survivors include his wife, Kathy H. Stephens of Bainbridge, GA; his son, Brian K. Stephens of Dallas, TX; his step-son, Mike Day of Lakeland, TN; his step-daughter, Virginia Mancinelli of Apalachin, NY; and his brother, Joe Walker of Newport News, VA.
