Mr. Bobby Lee Moran, 57, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at his home in Bainbridge, Georgia. A private family service will be held. Bobby was born April 6, 1955 in Welch, West Virginia to Robert Earl Moran and Shelva Jean Oskins Moran Woods. He worked as a law enforcement officer in Bristol, Florida and Tallahassee, Florida. Bobby Moran is survived by his mother, Shelva Jean Woods of Bristol, Tennessee; children, James Moran of Bainbridge and Megan Leann Moran of Tallahassee; brother, Robbie Moran of Bainbridge and sisters, Cheryl and Cindy Moran; grandchildren, Anthony Ty Cherry and Annabelle Phiffer, both of Bainbridge.
