Mr. Brian Allen Moody, 20, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2007 in Troup County, GA. The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22, 2007 at Recovery United Methodist Church near Bainbridge, GA with Rev. Donna Sue Roberts; Rev. Lynn Roberts; Rev. John Whitehead officiating. Interment will follow at Whiddon Hill Cemetery near Bainbridge, GA with Joseph Scott, Sammy Rudd, Mike Wiggins, Jeremy Morris, Harold Vickers, and Chuck Kent serving as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Brown, J. J. Aaron, Barron Williams, Jamie Yount, Jason Blume and Lamar McWhite. Mr. Moody was born on June 26, 1986 in Phoenix, AZ, the son of Rex Allen Moody and Connie Sue Hopkins Moody. He graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2005 and was a student at Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute where he served as president of the student council and was a student judge. He was a member of Recovery United Methodist Church and the church choir. Survivors include his parents: Rex and Connie Moody of Bainbridge, GA; Sister: Shana Dean (Humberto) of Bainbridge, GA; paternal grandmother, Lucy Moody of Bainbridge, GA; maternal grandparents, Arnold and Lila Hopkins of Shreveport, LA; a niece, Sabryna Dean of Bainbridge, GA; a nephew, Nicolas Dean of Bainbridge; several aunts and uncles; his girlfriend, Kimberly Kidd; and close friends, Tim Toebben, Travis Wilson and Kevin Pace.
