Cantley Cook

Funeral Services for Master Cantley Perry Cook, 4 months, son of Carlton Jeriet Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Parker Cook, will be held Friday, May 23, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Black Jack Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Jones and Rev. Newton Cranford officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memory Gardens with Allen Michael Gunn, Martin Castro, Bryan Keefer, Ricky Roberts, and Paul Allen Gunn serving as casket bearers. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 22, 2008 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel. Master Cook was born in Albany, GA January 11, 2008 and went to be with Jesus, May 20, 2008 at his residence. He is survived by his parents; four brothers, Carlton Jeriet Cook Jr., Austin Jeriet Cook, Aurthur McKenzie Cook, and Devin Parker Lizotte, all of Bainbridge; one sister, Kaitlyn Brooke Lizotte of Bainbridge; Grandparents, David and Gladys Ellis of Bainbridge, Deborah Parker of Brinson, and Carlton Cook and Janelle Nelson of Bainbridge; Maternal Great Grandfather Ralph Powell Sr. of Brinson. Master Cook was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather Marvin Perry Parker Sr., Maternal Great Grandmother, Mary Katherine Powell, and Aunt Sandra Lee Parker.
