Mr. Carlton Wright, 71, of Climax, GA, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at his residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Rev. David Grubbs officiating. Mr. Wright was born March 11, 1939 in Decatur County, GA, the son of James Thomas Wright and Essie Mae White Wright. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired machinist with Miller Hydro Company. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Janice Curles Wright of Climax, GA; his son, Darrell Walker of Fairbanks, AK; his daughters, Cindy Spicer of Charleston, SC, Tammy Gladysz of St. Marys, GA, and Nicole Walker of Ames, IA; his brother, Charles H. Wright of Manchester, TN; his sister, Carolyn Butler of Bainbridge, GA; his grandchildren, Heather, Jacquelynn, Alex, Kimberly, Shawn, and Christopher; and his great-grandson, Tony.
