Caroline Woodall

Caroline Woodall, 94, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home. The graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Lakeland Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dewitt Phillips officiating. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Ms. Woodall was born April 7, 1920 in Kissimmee, FL, the daughter of Thomas James Woodall and Eula Ava Collier Woodall. She was a graduate of Lakeland High School, a secretary for Prudential Insurance Company for many years, and was of the of the Baptist faith. She will always be remembered as sweet and caring of others. Caroline never missed a family birthday, had a sweet tooth, and loved to eat peanut brittle and Cuban sandwiches. Survivors include her great niece, Raylyn Johnson and husband, William; her great nephew, Henry Lendon Holt, Jr. and his wife, Cathy; great-great nieces, Ashley Nicole Laye and Hannah Ray Holt; her great-great nephews, Matthew William Johnson and Henry "Hank" Holt, III; and her great-great-great nieces, Graycie Raylyn Laye and Brynlee Faith Laye. She is also survived by her beloved pet Maley. Ms. Woodall was preceded in death by her siblings, Edgar Wayne Woodall and Catherine Woodall; her niece, Harriett Ray Holt and her nephew, James Edgar Woodall.
