Carolyn Stegall Floyd, 66, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2008 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA. The funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Kirkland officiating. A private family graveside service will follow at Calvary Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Rev. Andy Schulze officiating. Active pallbearers will be Bob Newsom, Casey Pate, Leo McAnelly, Roy McAnelly, Mike Floyd, and Ronald Sams. Mrs. Floyd was born August 9, 1941 in Thomasville, GA, the daughter of Ivan Berry Stegall and Irene Slaton Stegall. She graduated from Thomasville High School and was the retired bookkeeper/secretary for Floyd Brothers Asphalt Co. and K & W Enterprises. She was a member of Southwest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin C. Floyd.
