Mrs. Cecilia McDermott Wills, 96, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home. The Rosary Service service will be held at 4:00 p.m. January 31, 2010 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rudy Breunig, S.T. officiating. The graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Southern Memorial Park in North Miami Beach, FL. Mrs. Willis was born March 5, 1913 in New York City, NY, the daughter of John L. McDermott and Louise Smith McDermott. She was a manicurist for many years in New York City and was a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Otto Willis Survivors include her son, Mitch Willis of Bainbridge, GA; two granddaughters, Angela Willis of Augusta, GA and Robin Willis of Charleston, SC; and two great-grandchildren, Hayden Willis of Augusta, GA and Cade Willis of Charleston, SC.
