Mr. Charles T. Cook, age 71, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Bainbridge Healthcare Center in Bainbridge, Georgia. A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 29, County Line Baptist Church Cemetery, 5764 Lee Heard Road, Colquitt, Georgia. Charles was born August 24, 1949 in Bainbridge. His parents, Ervin Cook and Sweetie Mae Daniels Cook, have preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Allen Cook and his family of Colquitt, Georgia.
