Charles Kenneth Faircloth, 74, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Nalls, Mr. Kevin Ford and Mr. Andy Fowler officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Kevin Ford, Caleb Ford, Michael Faircloth, Ricky Faircloth, Joe D'Agostino and Andy Fowler serving as active pallbearers. Mr. Faircloth was born February 23, 1936 in Seminole County, GA, the son of Fred Neely Faircloth and Allie Lee House Faircloth. He was a graduate of West Bainbridge High School and was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving during Korea as an air operations specialist. Mr. Faircloth was a maintenance supervisor with Georgia Industries for the Blind, a member of West Bainbridge Baptist Church and the American Legion Post #0400 in Stockbridge, GA. Survivors include his wife of fifty-two years, Evelyn Napier Faircloth of Bainbridge, GA; his three daughters, Kim Ford and her husband Kevin of Bainbridge, GA, Eve D'Agostino and her husband Joe of Chattahoochee, FL and Jackie Effland of Ft. Stewart, GA; his son, Michael and his wife Jennifer of Ft. Campbell, KY; his sister, Jean Easom of Dothan, AL; and seven grandchildren, Megan Ford, Caleb Ford, Anthony D'Agostino, Jared Faircloth, Autumn Faircloth, Daniel Effland and Jerilyn Effland.
