Charles Gibson

Memorial services for Charles Underwood Gibson,age 77,will be held on Friday,November 5,2010 at 2:00 pm at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel in Bainbridge,Ga.with Rev.David Grubbs officiating. Mr.Gibson was born to the now late Rufus Bowden Gibson and Willa Mae Hayles March 18,1933 in Waynesville,Nc.He was a construction worker and was self employeed.He was married to Mrs.Elizabeth B.Gibson and has been living in the Brinson area since 1992,He has three sons,Charles Ray Gibson (wife) Lynn of Camilla,Ga.,Justin C.James (wife)Michelle of Brinson,Ga.,Terry Gibson of Lakeland,Fla. one daughter Wanda Sims (husband)John of AuburnDale,Fla.,one brother Wiley C.Gibson of Canton,Nc.He has 19 Grandchildren, and 25 Great Grandchildren.He is preceded in death by his parents and Darlene Ashley Day. Cox-Ware Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
