Christopher Jacobson, 33, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2007 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Dewitt Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Beulah Thomas Baptist Church Cemetery with Jason McCutcheon. John Waddell, Jamie Jones, Brian Caldwell, Jeremy McLendon and Frank Godwin serving as active pallbearers. Mr. Jacobson was born on December 21, 1973 in Memphis, Tennessee. He attended Bainbridge High School and was a heavy equipment operator with Solomon Construction Company. He attended Mount Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jamie Jacobson. Survivors include his wife, Christina M. Jacobson of Brinson, GA; two sons, Christopher Jacobson, Jr. and Bradlee Jacobson, both of Bainbridge, GA; one daughter, Breeanna Jacobson of Bainbridge, GA; his parents, James E. Jacobson and Vera Louise Robinson of Bainbridge, GA; two brothers, Roger Robinson of Gravet, AR and Leslie Robinson of Bainbridge, GA; two sisters, Mary R. Scott of Bainbridge, GA and Jennifer R. Caldwell of Ludowici, GA; a close friend, Sandra Wooten of Climax, GA; and eight nieces and nephews.
