Chrystell Cook Bryant, 83, of Bainbridge, GA and formerly of Bristol, FL, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Roberts officiating. The graveside service will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery near Grand Ridge, FL with Rev. Harry Turner officiating. Mrs. Bryant was born January 11, 1928 in Jackson County, FL, the daughter of John B. Cook and Evalena Grantham Cook. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of God. Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by her husband, W. R. Bryant, and a daughter, Mary Evelyn Bryant. Survivors include her son; J. R. Bryant of Quincy, FL; her daughters, Yvonne Fay Dobyns and her husband, Tom, of Katy, TX and Val Turner and her husband, John R. "Gomer", of Bainbridge, GA; her sister, Earsa Mae Crutchfield of Eclectic, AL; her grandchildren, Stanli Owens, Sara Gunn and Monica Alday; and her great-grandson, Robert Smith.
