Clara Heard

Clara Nell Heard, age 90, passed away March 13, 2022, at Bainbridge Healthcare in Bainbridge, Georgia. Private graveside services will be held at a later date. Clara Nell Heard was born December 23, 1931, in Arcadia, Florida. Her parents were Luther Brooks and Nellie Mathis Brooks. Clara was a homemaker. She was very outgoing and had lots of friends. She played tennis and golf. Clara Nell was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was a talented artist. She enjoyed playing cards and loved playing dominos with her friends. Clara Nell will be deeply missed. Clara Nell Heard is survived by her children, Jimmy Heard (Marilyn) and Darryl Heard; grandchildren, Chrys Heard, Tyler Heard, and Emma Heard-Dobbel; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Chrystal, Jaxton, Jase, and Rylee.
