Colleen Bazzell Morris, 81, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Danny Shepard and Rev. Gwan Garrison officiating. Interment will follow at Oak City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2010, prior to the funeral service, at Ivey Funeral Home. She was a homemaker, a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1947 and a member of First Baptist Church. Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her brother, Adrian S. Bazzell and her sister, Wyleen B. Charles. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Edward "Bub" Morris of Bainbridge, GA; and her daughters, Nancy M. Shattles and her husband Jeff of Donalsonville, GA and Susan M. Boyd and her husband Robert of Bainbridge, GA.
