Colleen Connolly Rau, 65, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017 at her residence.The memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church with Brother Kent Barwick officiating. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service. She was a member of V.F.W. Post 8681 Ladies Auxiliary in Spring Hill, FL and Colquitt Free Will Baptist Church. She loved cooking and making David work out in the yard.Survivors include her husband, David H. Rau of Bainbridge, GA; her children, Rodney Anderson and his wife, Bonnie, of Bainbridge, GA, David L. Rau and his wife, Kelly, of Crawfordville, FL, Cynthia Rau of Jasper, AR, Natalie Meshburn and her husband, Keith, of Durham, NC, and Priscilla Buis and her husband, Nick, of Madeira Beach, FL; her siblings, Danny Connolly, Raymond Connolly and his wife, Cindy, of Pittsburgh, PA, Jack Connolly, of Tampa, FL and Steven Connolly, of Pittsburgh, PA; and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Misty Dawn Wells and Lindsay Dunn.
