Funeral Services for David German will be held Saturday, February 19, 2011, at 2:00 PM at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Tommy Willis will officiate. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1:00 pm, Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Cox-Ware Funeral Chapel. David A. German was born November 5, 1936 in Dale County, Alabama to James Willie and Annie Jane Marshall German. Mr. German was a U.S. Army veteran. He was an electrical engineer employed at Miller Hydro. David A. German is survived by his wife, Elaine German; children: David Bradley German and Niven German Hyatt husband Ronald; sisters and brother-in-laws: Marceline and Elton McDaniel, Sally and Doyle Price, Reba and Max Upton, Judy and Buddy McDaniel, Faye LaBounty, and Kaye Cheek; brothers and sister-in-laws: Gary and Laura German, Jerry and Stephine German; grandchildren: Brooklyn Nichole German, Colby Dylan German, Taylor Carolyn Hyatt, Katie Scarlet Bridges, David Cory German, and Casey Allen Hyatt. Cox-Ware Funeral Home is intrusted with the arrangemets.
