David Phillips

Mr. David Levon Phillips, age 68, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Phoebe Putney Hospital in Albany, Georgia. A memorial service will be held for Mr. Phillips on Sunday, August 4, 2013, 2:00 p.m., at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Bainbridge. The Rev. Milton Harrison will officiate. David Levon Phillips was born October 8, 1944, in Blakely, Georgia, to Watson Phillips and Irma Nell Collins Phillips. He served in the United States Army. David worked as a truck driver. Mr. Phillips was married to Yvonne White Phillips, who preceded him in death. David Phillips is survived by his children, Ferrell Lynn Phillips and wife, Sheila of Bainbridge and Lecia Renee Phillips of Peachtree City, Georgia; step-son, Roger Darrell Yarborough and wife of Wichita Falls, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Wendell and Donna Phillips of Newton, Georgia; sister-in-law, Linda Phillips of Bristol, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kareena Eubanks of Peachtree City, Cheyenne Phillips of Bainbridge, and Dakota Phillips of Bainbridge. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother, Randy Phillips.
