Debra Nelson

Debra K. Nelson, 55, of Donalsonville, GA, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Lake Seminole Shores Cemetery with Rev. Jamie Rivera officiating. Mrs. Nelson was born January 3, 1959 in Port St. Joe, FL, the daughter of Talmadge Hall Turner and Mary Louise Reeves Turner. She loved to grow flowers and plants. Debra enjoyed fishing, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Joseph R. Nelson of Donalsonville, GA; her children, Shawn Nelson and his wife, Brandy, of Donalsonville, GA, Joey Nelson of Donalsonville, GA and Jeffery Nelson and his wife, Christine, of Donalsonville, GA; her siblings, Talmadge Turner, Jr. of Donalsonville, GA, Kenny Turner of Donalsonville, GA, Jack Turner of Donalsonville, GA, Tamara Roberts of Richmond Hill, GA, and Travis Turner of Brunswick, GA; her grandchildren, Savannah Morgan Nelson, Sarah Grace Nelson and Kolten Gage Nelson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Talmadge Hall Turner and Mary Louise Reeves Turner as well as her sister; Linda Wheatley.
