Debra Sherane Moore Zuniga, 56, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Sunday, December 25, Archbold Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lloyd H. Markham officiating. The graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Hickory Spring Cemetery in Romeo, FL. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., prior to the funeral service. Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com . Debra was born March 21, 1957 in Brooksville, FL. She was a graduate of Hernando High School in Brooksville, FL, Class of 1975 and earned four degrees from Bainbridge College in the fields of Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, and Foreign Language. Debra was president of Circle K International at Bainbridge College and was instrumental in founding the Circle K Scholarship Fund for future students. She was also a member of the Ambassadors organization at Bainbridge College. Mrs. Zuniga was an interpreter for the Spanish speaking population in Bainbridge. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church where she was a member of Don Gambrell's Sunday School Class, and sang in the choir. Survivors include her two daughters, Sherry Pearlann Himes Brantley and her husband, Wiley, of Youngsville, NC and Jamey Ceila Andrewnette Himes Frank and husband, Ron, of St. Joseph, MI; her mother, Verona Ann Deen Markham of Norlina, NC; her four brothers, George Andrew Markham, Jr. and his wife, Tina, of Lake Placid, FL, Alton DeVone Markham and his wife, Deborah, of Arcadia, FL, Lloyd Hamilton Markham and his wife, Sharron, of Tallahassee, FL, and William Jessie Blu Markham and his wife, Mandy, of Newnan, GA; her two sisters, Drema Colleen Gottsman and her husband, Eddie, of Tampa, FL and Verona Sissy McKee and her husband, Harvey, of Warrenton, NC; her five grandchildren, Bruce Joshua Brantley, Addie Leigh Brantley, Braden James Brantley, J.P. Frank, and Keeli Joi Frank; and her dogs, Miss Katy and Miss Ann.
