Mr. Donald Keith Ingram, Sr., age 88, of Whigham, Georgia, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Archbold Hospice in Thomasville, Georgia. Services for Mr. Ingram will be held Tuesday, January 20, at 2:00 pm, in the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home in Bainbridge, Georgia. Pastor Jerry Rewis will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Interment will follow the visitation in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cairo, Georgia, with military honors.

Donald Keith Ingram was born March 14, 1937, in Ashford, Alabama, to Gussie Lee Ingram and Lillie Lou Whitworth Ingram. He was married to Florine Harrell Ingram. They have shared 57 years together. He dearly loved his wife. Donald was a really good person, who cared about people and spoke to anyone whose path he crossed. He was a dedicated family man, great father, and wonderful grandfather. He would do anything for his family. Donald loved to watch the Grand Ol’ Opry. He was a fan of classic country music. He watched television to keep up with the news and weather. He had a great voice and was known to break out in song. Donald was adored by his granddaughter and he thought she hung the moon! Donald Keith Ingram, Sr. will be deeply missed by the family and his many friends.

Mr. Ingram is survived by his wife, Florine Harrell Ingram of Whigham, Georgia; two sons, Donald Keith Ingram, Jr. (Michelle) and Randall Mark Ingram (Pamela), both of Ochlocknee, Georgia; grandchildren, Ashlyn LeeAnn Ingram and Devon James Greene; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; 17 brothers and sisters; and his in-laws, Allen and Abbie Lee Harrell.

The family wants to thank Mesha, our CNA, and all the Georgia Hospice Cares personnel for taking such great care of their much loved Donald.
