Donald E. Wells, 60, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at his residence. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Hatchett and Rev. Paul Medley officiating. Interment will follow at Oak City Cemetery with Johnny Edwards, Jason Heath, Larry Fountain, Phillip Fountain, Craig Fountain, Roger Keaton and Jerry Brewer serving as active pallbearers. "Jimmy" Wells and Mattie Lou Sellers Wells. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1968 and he was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Jackie Wells of Bainbridge, GA; his sons, Donald Wells, Jr. and his wife Penny of Albany, GA, Dexter Wells of Hamilton, GA and Corey Wells of Bainbridge, GA; his step-daughters, Becky Deese and Tiffany Deese, both of Bainbridge, GA; his father, F. E. "Jimmy" Wells of Bainbridge, GA; his brother, Chuck Wells and his wife Natasha of Bainbridge, GA; his sisters, Sandra Heath of Bainbridge, GA and Sheila Edwards and her husband Johnny of Bainbridge, GA; and his granddaughter, Lauren Wells of Albany, GA.
