Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruby Doris Allen Cumbie, 76, of Tallahassee, FL formerly of Bainbridge, GA will be held Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Lecce officiating. Interment will follow in Oak City Cemetery with Gene Dutton, Mark Allen, David Ganley, Terry Dutton, Richard Dutton, Paul Stevens, Allen DeCambra, and Ken Mayo. Visitation will be held Friday, July 9, 2010 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Cumbie was born in Decatur County, GA August 26, 1933 to the now late Leamon and Elzida Norris Allen. She lived in Decatur County until 1955 and had lived in Tallahassee, FL for the past 35 years. Mrs. Cumbie was a homemaker and attend the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Tallahassee, FL. She passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Capitol Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee. Mrs. Cumbie is survived by her husband of 56 years B.T. Cumbie of Tallahassee, and her brother, Buck Allen of Quincy, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Bennie Cumbie; three brothers, J.V. Allen, Buford Allen, and Robert Allen; and three sisters, Emma Griner, Grace Dutton-Stebbins, and Rosalee Kozlowski.
