Doris E. Pike Griffin, 88, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Monday, November 7, 2011 at Memorial Manor Nursing Home. The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Dr. Danny Shepard officiating. Mrs. Griffin was born June 7, 1923 in Fitzgerald, GA, the daughter of James Pike and Annie Mae Taylor Pike. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her sons, James H. Griffin and his wife, Linda, of Bainbridge, GA, Richard Griffin and his wife, Dorothy, of Leesburg, GA, and Bill Griffin and his wife, Barbara, of Gainesville, GA; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Griffin.
