Dorothy Hall

Dorothy Louise Hall, age 68, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Memorial Hospital in Bainbridge, Georgia. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home.

Dorothy Louise Musselman was born May 20, 1956 in Christiansburg, Virginia, to Walter Ashley and Helen Louise Vanhoozier Musselman, who have preceded her in death. A few years later, Dorothy and her family moved to Florida where she met the love of her life, Thomas Hall. She and Thomas have shared life together for 51 years. Dorothy had a servant’s heart. Her love language was food. She so enjoyed cooking for her family. Dorothy was a workaholic and worked at keeping her family happy. Her heart belonged to her grandchildren. She was tough as nails but full of love. Dorothy will not be forgotten by her many friends and loving family.

Dorothy Hall is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Hall of Brinson, Georgia; children, Tammy Kelly (Frankie) of Bainbridge and Thomas Hall, Jr. (Jennifer) of Brinson; siblings, Lynn McCoy of Albany, Georgia, Peggy Benton of Cairo, Georgia, Roscoe Rose of Brinson and Jamie Rose of Brinson; grandchildren, Aaron Brock (Daisy) of Brinson, Shane Powers of Duluth, Minnesota, Priscilla Heard (Tucker) of Brinson, Emily Ross, Brinson, and Willow Hall of Brinson; and great-grandchildren, Ayden, Bentley, and Colton Brock.
