Douglas Smith, Jr., 56, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Ed Harrell officiating.
