Elizabeth Hartman Capuson was born December 20, 1963 in Memphis, TN. She was the third child to bless the home of Rev. Loyal O. Hartman, Jr. and Beverly Harvey Hartman. Her siblings are Cynthia H. Foster (Dennis), Philip J. Hartman (Marti Jo) of Goodlettsville, TN and Loyal O Hartman, III (Lu Anne) of Madison, AL.Beth and Tom Capuson were married on October 3, 1992, and their daughter, Addie blessed their union on December 18, 1997. She also leaves a step daughter, Kathy Capuson, and her child, Jessica. Also Surviving are her nieces, Virginia F. Bingham (Chris) of Oakland, TN, Ainsley Hartman of Nashville, TN and Avery Hartman of Goodlettsville, TN. Her nephews are Victor A Foster (Tricia) of Memphis, TN , and Loyal O. Hartman, IV (Ory) and Riley L. Hartman of Madison, AL. Her great niece is Kate Bingham and her great nephews are Jack Bingham and Alan J. Foster. Attentive cousins are a blessing.Many family members and friends cherish the memory of Beth, as do her church and Family Connection loved ones. Responses have been received from many areas showing much love for Beth. Her aunt, Virginia Harvey, survives her and also her uncle, Rev. Doug Harvey.She was educated at White Station High School in Memphis, TN and Lambuth College in Jackson, TN, and worked at various jobs for a while including MDA in the Memphis area. She worked as Youth Director, Children Ministries, or in Laity positions in several United Methodist Churches around Memphis, Olive Branch, MS, and Donalsonville, GA. She was a diligent and dedicated worker and loved people wherever she served.After a short earthly battle with cancer that has no sting, she entered her heavenly home under hospice care by Gentiva on December 3, 2015, with her loved ones near by.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Beth Capuson Memorial Fund, Commercial State Bank, 113 W. Second St., Donalsonville, GA 39845.The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Friendship United Methodist Church in Donalsonville, GA with Rev. Garth Duke-Barton and Rev. Doug Harvey officiating. Interment will follow at the Harvey Family Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Friendship United Methodist Church.
