Everette Barber

Everette I. "Bubber" Barber, 79, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 at his residence. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Bethany Baptist Church. Mr. Barber was born June 30, 1935 in Bainbridge, GA, the son of Herbert Cleveland "Hub" Barber and Willa Irene Powell Barber. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1956. Mr. Barber was the owner of Bubber's Grocery for over 30 years Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Barber of Brinson, GA; his brother, Philip K. Barber and his wife, Beverly, of Bainbridge, GA; and his sister, Wanda Matthews and her husband, Remus, of Bainbridge, GA.
