The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 30, 2007 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randal Hawk officiating. A private interment will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery near Brinson, GA. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Kristi's Gym Rats, Tallahassee Porcelain Arts Guild, and the Flint River Basket Weaver's Guild. Biographical: Mrs. Ingram was born October 20, 1941 in Seminole County, GA to the late Arthur Eugene and Zennie Ard Chambers. She graduated from Seminole County High School in 1959 and retired with 24 years of service with A T & T. A well known local artist, her work is currently available at the Southwest Georgia Regional Artists' Co-op. She was a member of Mt. Gilead Free Will Baptist Church, Kristi's Gym Rats, the Tallahassee Porcelain Arts Guild, the Bainbridge - Decatur County Council for the Arts, the Decatur County Artists' Guild, and the Flint River Basket Weaver's Guild. She was preceded in death by two brothers, A. B. (Art) Chambers and Carlos T. Chambers. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Tommy E. Ingram of Brinson, GA; her daughter, Lee Ingram Scott and husband Damon of Tallahassee, FL; two sisters, Eunice Cheshire of Bethany, OK and Genella Thursby of Donalsonville, GA; several nieces and nephews; and her faithful dogs, Bozo and Pooch.
