Frank Bloom, 52, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at his residence. The graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Delwood Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Conrad Salter officiating. "Bill" Bloom. Survivors include his mother, Mavis Smith Bloom of Bainbridge, GA; two brothers, Robert Bloom of Bel Air, MD and Lewis Bloom of West Friendship, MD; and his sister Vivia Nottingham of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
