Frank Brock

Mr. Frank Howard Brock died Sunday, July 10, 2011, at Willson Hospice House in Albany, Georgia. Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Craig Barnett will be officiating. Ricky Spooner, Ronnie Spooner, Chuck Ponder, Chris Goff, Matt Morris, and Wayne Brock will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow the service in Brock Cemetery, Vada, Georgia. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Cox-Ware Funeral Home Chapel. Frank Brock was born April 20, 1929 in Decatur County, Georgia to William and Bama Taylor Brock. He was a retired farmer. Working in his garden brought much joy to Frank. Frank married Ellie Harvell Brock; who preceded him in death. Frank Brock is survived by his children: Martha Ann Cox and husband, Frank, Frankie Eaton, and David Brock, all of Leesburg, Georgia; brother: Cleo Brock of Bainbridge, Georgia; grandchildren: Tobey Cox of Leesburg; Renee' Griffin and husband, Kevin, of Valdosta, Georgia; Heath Cooper and wife, Laura, of Sylvester, Georgia; and Brock Eaton of Leesburg; and 9 great grandchildren.
