Franklin Hoskins

Mr. Franklin Hoskins, age 71, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022 in his home at Lake Carroll in Seminole County, Georgia. Mr. Hoskins request was to have no public service. Franklin Hoskins was born April 30, 1950. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Cuiska Hoskins of Donalsonville, Georgia and children, Carrie Ann Martin, Tena Marie Hoskins, John Hess, and Robin Hess. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Nick, John, and Michael Hess and sister, Carolyn Shattles. The family wants to thank Joanna Hatfield with Kindred Hospice for her excellent care.
