Fred Baker

Fred Baker, age 67, of Iron City and Bainbridge, GA, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Edward Seabrooks and Pastor Chuck Bostick officiating. Fred was born on August 15, 1953 in Donalsonville, GA, the son of Luther and Geneva Smith Baker. He attended Cornerstone Pentecostal Church in Bainbridge. Fred enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Pippins (Woody) of Bainbridge, GA; sister, Vivian Vaughn Pinion (Cheyenne) of Climax, GA; brother, Gary Baker of Iron City, GA; grandchildren, Tyler,  Kayla, Jenna, and David; and great-grandchildren, Mallory, Makenzie, and Marley.
