Fred Dileo

Mr. Fred Dileo, 46, of Climax, GA, passed away November 13, 2007 at Memorial Hospital. The memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Dileo's Kennels, 1084 Attapulgus-Climax Road, Climax, GA, with Reverend Leon VanLandingham and Dr. Jimmy Clanton officiating. He was a nationally renowned dog handler and was considered the top national dog trainer and handler of pointing breeds. He received the 2007 Purina Handler of the Year award. Survivors include his wife, Patty Dileo of Climax, GA; his daughter, Taylor N. Dileo of Climax, GA; his parents, Dorene and Michael Dileo of Jupiter, FL; two brothers, Thomas Dileo of Winsted, CT and Robert Dileo of New Hartford, CT; and two sisters, Renne Dileo of Jupiter, FL and Michele Berman of Reading, PA.
