Gary Dickman

Gary L. Dickman, 73, of Lake Seminole (Donalsonville, GA), passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021. The memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Connection South Church, 3606 Spring Creek Road, Brinson, GA 39825 with Pastor Glen Elmore officiating.  The family invites everyone for a time of visitation and refreshments at the church immediately following the service. Gary was born in North Dakota and grew up in Minnesota.  He was a retired tool and die engineer with a heavy equipment manufacturer.  He was a graduate of Y.W.A.M. and served as a missionary to Africa. He was a member of New Life at Lake Seminole Church of God. He loved hunting and fishing.  Bow hunting and target practice with his bow became a favorite for Gary.  He really enjoyed walking and being in the woods. Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Jean Dickman; his son, Jason Dickmon (Sondra); his daughter, Jody Gambe (Brett); his sister, Kay Martinson; his brothers, Dale Dickman (Vicki), Rodney Sigafoos (Val), and Rodger Sigafoos (Teresa); 4 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.  Gary was preceded in death by his parents, George and Grace Sigafoos; and his sister, Debra Ann Vanderlinde.
