George Grumbles

George Grumbles, 70, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Monday, April 9, 2012 at Miller County Hospital. Mr. Grumbles was born April 3, 1942 in Sumter, SC, the son of George W. Grumbles and Edna Carter Grumbles. He was a graduate of Edmunds High School, Class of 1960, and of the University of Georgia. He was the owner of Grumbles Electric and Plumbing, and a member of First Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Baraca Sunday School Class. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 155, Bainbridge, GA 39818. Survivors include his wife, Anne Grumbles of Bainbridge, GA; his son, Glenn Grumbles and his wife, Sumi, of Tucson, AZ; his daughter, Stormy G. Bradshaw and her husband, Dan, of Augusta, GA; his sisters, Alice Wallace and her husband, Chuck, of Gilbert, SC and Helen Thomas and her husband, Dr. Albert Thomas, of Irmo, SC; and his grandchildren, Brandon Grumbles, Justin Grumbles, Robin Grumbles, Collin Grumbles, Sharon Grumbles, and Ivy Anne Bradshaw.
