Gladys Gobbi

Mrs. Gladys V. Gobbi. age 96, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at her daughter's home in Cairo, Georgia. Services will be held for Mrs. Gobbi on Friday, January 22, 2015, in Grandview, Washington. Gladys Viola Watkins was born November 25, 1919, in Baraboo, Wisconsin, to Royal Camp Watkins and Viola Della Wilson Watkins. She married the love of her life, Umberto Gobbi. Gladys and Umberto were married over 50 years before he preceded her in death. Gladys was smart and funny. She will be missed by the family and friends she loved so very much. Gladys Gobbi is survived by her children, Connie Joiner and husband, Jim of Cairo, Georgia, Ron Gobbi of Portland, Oregon, Becky Weaver of Kennewick, Washington, and Tim Gobbi and wife, Ione of Anchorage, Alaska. Also, Mrs. Gobbi is survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
