Mrs. Glenna Mae Logue, 83, of Bainbridge, GA, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010 at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Black Jack Baptist Church with Dr. Kenneth Cloud and Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Don Moody, Carl Sapp, Thomas Josey, Roger Edmunds, Dewayne Logue, Marty Powe, and Jimmy Powe serving as active pallbearers. Mrs. Logue was born May 23, 1927 in Climax, GA, the daughter of James Luther Powe and Bernice Pope Powe. She was a graduate of Whigham High School and a member of Black Jack Baptist Church. She and her husband owned and operated Logue Service Center for many years, and she was a seamstress for Jack Winter, Inc. and Williamson-Dickies. Mrs. Logue was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton F. Logue; and three brothers, Winfred Powe, Benny Powe, and Felton Powe. Survivors include her son, Edward "Buddy" Logue and his wife Wanna of Climax, GA; her daughter, Nelda Logue Moore and her husband Emmett of Whigham, GA; her sisters, Doris Palmer of Bainbridge, GA and Blanche Johnson of Whigham, GA; her grandson, Justin "Bo" Logue and his wife Ashley of Climax, GA.
