Harold Adams

Funeral services for Mr. Harold D. "Buddy" Adams, age 63 of Bainbridge, GA, will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Cox - Ware Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerri Simpson and Rev. David Grubbs officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens with Ron Flint, Luis Lara and Gene Spivey, Bobby Grubbs, Randall Grubbs and Johnny Smith serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cox - Ware Funeral Home. Mr. Adams was born in Doerun, GA the son of Finea Georgia Roberson and the late Dillard Jordan. He moved to Decatur County from Dalton, GA thirty two years ago. He was a truck driver, loved fishing, going to auctions and loved animals. He was a member of the World of Truth Ministries in Bainbridge. He is survived by his wife of thirty one years Sandy Flint Adams of Bainbridge; his mother Finea Georgia Roberson of Bainbridge; four daughters Leigh West, Tina Saueze, Smanath King and Lisa Adams all of Dalton, GA; two step daughters Vicki Duvall of Lakeland, FL and Amanda Ingram of St. Petersburg, FL; two step sons Luis Lara and Dean Hirschy both of Bainbridge; two sisters Alice Smith of Bainbridge and Betty Edmundson of Americus; three brothers Jerry Adams and Jimmy Adams of Bainbridge and Bobby Adams of Doerun; one step brother Ronnie Adams of Ocala, FL and twelve grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, one daughter Linda and one sister Nell Hawkins.
