Hazel Watson

Hazel W. Watson, 85, of Colquitt, GA, passed away Friday, March 19, 2010 at her residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010 at County Line Baptist Church Cemetery near Colquitt, GA with Rev. Hoyt Donley officiating. Mrs. Watson was born August 17, 1924 in Sharon, TN, the daughter of Charlie Thomas Westbrooks and Allie Mae Oldham Westbrooks. She served in the U. S. Navy during World War II, was a homemaker, and a member of County Line Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland C. Watson. Survivors include two sons, Samuel C. Watson and his wife, Gail, and Thomas C. Watson and his wife Dorothy, all of Colquitt, GA; two daughters, Barbara Corder and her husband Robert of Cairo, GA, and Charleen Evans of Tallahassee, FL; a sister, Irene Miller of Martin, TN; 12 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
