Helen Mary Virostko, 83, of Tallahassee, FL passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, FL. There will be a Mass on Monday, December 10, 2007 during the 9:00 a.m. Advent Mass at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 4665 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, FL and a Mass of Remembrance on Thursday, December 13, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige PL, Lady Lake, FL 32159. Box 302, Maryknoll, NY 10545. Mrs. Helen Virostko was born December 3, 1924 in Chicago, IL to the now late Joseph and Teresa Dreschler Baumgartner. She graduated as Valedictorian of Proviso Township High School, Class of 1942. She married Charles Raymond Virostko on April 29, 1944. Mr. Virostko passed away on September 16, 2000. She retired from Xerox as one of their earliest female executives and became an active volunteer with AARP and her church. She was predeceased by her brother, Walter Baumgartner. Survivors include two daughters, Jan Lazar and her husband Jerry of Sarasota, FL and Lansing, MI and Linda Chreno and her husband John of Tallahassee, FL; two grandchildren, Heather Watson and her husband, Michael Watson of York Haven, PA and Christy Napieralski and her husband, John of Castro Valley, CA; and six great grandchildren, Helena Grace Watson, Mike Watson, Sam Watson, Zachary Watson, Sierra Nicole Napieralski and Alexa Lauren Napieralski.
