Hilda Barnett

Hilda Ragan Barnett, 91, of Bainbridge, GA, (formerly of Wetumpka, AL) passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at her residence. The graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. CDT on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Pine View Memorial Gardens in Wetumpka, AL with Minister John David Parker officiating. Mrs. Barnett was born July 18, 1919 in Nashville, TN, the daughter of Thomas Edward Ragan and Georgia Hale Ragan. She was a graduate of Wetumpka High School, Class of 1938, and was a retired claims clerk for Cousins Insurance Agency in Wetumpka. She was preceded in death by her husband, Casimir Barnett. Survivors include her daughters, Monnie Moseley and her husband Bill of Pensacola, FL and Susan Steen and her husband Bert of Bainbridge, GA; her sister, Helen Francis of Nashville, TN; her four grandchildren, Kristin Moseley Paul and her husband Scott of Pensacola, FL, Eric Moseley of Pensacola, FL, Crosby Steen and his wife Laura of Tallahassee, FL, and Jesse Steen of Bainbridge, GA; and her two great-grandchildren, Elise Paul and Ethan Paul, both of Pensacola, FL.
