J. Stuart McKenzie, 78, of Macon, GA, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015 at Coliseum Medical Center in Macon, GA. A private graveside memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. McKenzie was born September 15, 1937 in Bainbridge, GA, the son of James Stuart McKenzie, Sr. and Rosalyn Hurst McKenzie. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and received his bachelors degree from Georgia Tech. Mr. McKenzie was a retired construction contractor and a member of First United Methodist Church in Bainbridge, GA. Survivors include his wife, Ann Marie Guthrie of Macon, GA; his son, John Pryor McKenzie of Alexander City, AL; and his sister, Susan M. Lynah of Savannah, GA. In addition to his parents was preceded in death by his son, James Stuart McKenzie, III.
